About Us

Founded in 2020, we are the only nurse-led healthcare provider in Jersey.

We specialise in complex health needs, from spinal injuries and stroke recovery to learning disabilities and mental health support. Every care plan is designed by qualified nurses, and alongside in-home support, we offer advanced telecare technology, giving clients access to round-the-clock assistance while maintaining independence.We offer in-person and digital options to make sure care is accessible and inclusive to all islanders.
