Our carers work in teams with training and skills focusing on the clients they support and are managed by our registered nurses.
We ensure our teams have a small regular caseload of clients, meaning you benefit from continuity of care and great relationships.

what you can expect.
1. OUR FIRST MEETING
Once you’ve contacted us, we’ll come and meet you. We’ll talk about the sort of care you need; explain the range of services we provide and build a picture of how we can help you.
We design a detailed care package that focuses on improving your health and wellbeing. We’ll discuss the details with you to make sure you’re happy and understand everything that’s in it.
The Care Hub team members we choose to support you are matched to your needs. We will introduce them to you and make sure they fully understand the specifics of your care package and meet your needs.
4. REGULAR CHECK INS
Your relationship with Care Hub is important to us so we check in with you regularly to make sure everything is going well and make any changes that might be needed.
Until you came along, all I had was worry and disappointment ending with total mistrust of the care system.
You and your company have changed everything, and I now feel secure in my mother’s future and care. I am now able to enjoy her company. I am truly grateful. my faith in care is restored.
