How much does it cost?

All our care packages are bespoke and designed to meet the individual needs of each client. That makes it hard for us to indicate costs before we speak with you. The best thing to do is to get in touch.

How quickly can you provide care?

We’ll aim to meet with you as soon as possible after you’ve made an initial enquiry. We’ll then do our best to work to your timeframe and start providing care as soon as it’s needed.

Will you help me with medication?

We can provide help with medication when it’s outlined in your care plan. 

What levels of care can you provide?

At Care Hub, we are able to meet the full spectrum of care needs. We specialise in complex medical care thanks to the experience and qualifications of our Registered Nurses.

What can I expect from your team?

All our team are Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checked. They are also either RQF, QCF or NVQ trained or are on the pathway to gaining those accredited qualifications.

Will you drive me to appointments?

Our team all have clean driving licenses and can drive you to wherever you need to be. We can organise for the care team to help with this if required.

What if I don't like my carers?

We choose your carers based on your needs. If that’s not working for you, we’ll do what we can to fix it.
